This Privacy Policy explains how Finopedia Traders (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use the FinopediaX Terminal website and application (the “Terminal”). Our website address is https://www.finopediax.com.
When you create an account, we collect your email address, phone number, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text). We also store your subscription / access details — the plan you hold and its validity (expiry date).
When you use the Terminal, we process the technical information needed to run your scans (such as the filters you select). We do not build advertising profiles.
Payments are handled by our third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details — those are processed securely by the payment provider. We only receive confirmation of a successful payment to activate your access.
When you log in, we set a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It holds a random token (no personal data), and is removed when you log out or after it expires (about 30 days). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
To detect zones, the Terminal fetches stock price data from a licensed market-data provider. No personal information about you is shared with the data provider. If you are on an eligible plan, zone alerts may be delivered to you via Telegram; joining that channel is optional.
We use your information to create and manage your account, grant and verify your Terminal access, deliver alerts (on eligible plans), provide customer support, and keep the service secure.
We share the minimum necessary with our payment gateway (to process payments) and, where required, for legal or security reasons. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may ask us to delete your account and personal data, except where we are required to keep certain records for legal, accounting or security purposes.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting us. You can also update your details from within your account where available.
