Thank you for choosing FinopediaX Terminal by Finopedia Traders. FinopediaX Terminal is a digital subscription service that gives you instant online access to our supply-demand zone scanner. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the Terminal. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
FinopediaX Terminal is a digital tool. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your subscription is activated and you get immediate access to the scanner. There is nothing to ship — access is delivered online.
Because access to the Terminal is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all subscription payments are final and non-refundable once access has been activated. By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge that you are buying immediate digital access and that no refund will be issued for that billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle — your access stays active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will simply not renew. No partial or pro-rated refund is issued for the unused portion of an active period.
If you were charged but could not access the Terminal due to a verified technical problem on our side, please contact our support team. We will first work to restore your access; only if we are unable to do so, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
