FinopediaX Terminal is a digital, subscription-based educational tool that scans NSE (Nifty 500) stocks for supply-demand zones and, on eligible plans, sends zone alerts. All output is for informational and educational purposes only and is not investment, trading, or financial advice.
To use the Terminal you must create an account with accurate, complete information (including a valid email and phone number). You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
Access to the Terminal is offered as a paid subscription for a fixed period (e.g. 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months). Payment is made in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateway, after which your access is activated.
Your access is valid for the plan period you purchased, as shown in your account. We may also grant free or trial access at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access at any time, without notice, for a breach of these terms.
The Terminal is licensed for your personal use only. You may not share, resell, or sublicense your account or access; scrape, copy, or redistribute the Terminal’s data or logic; or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
All content, branding, logos, and the underlying zone-detection logic on the Terminal are the property of Finopedia Traders or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute them without prior written consent.
The Service and all its output are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any zone, signal, or data, or any particular trading outcome. See our Disclaimer.
Finopedia Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or financial losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
